97th Indianapolis 500 Mile Race– Indianapolis Indiana Photographer

As a Hoosier, I’ve grown up around the race, but have never actually been until this year! I was out of my element photographing race cars instead of children, but here are some of my shots!

My view as we tried to enter the track. I was reminded of my height, or lack there of 😉 I’m only 5′ 2″.

I tried a technique called panning to create a sense of the race car’s speed. I didn’t have a tripod with me, or a press pass, so this is what I got 🙂
